Seekers after wisdom have always been drawn to American Indian ritual and symbol. This history of two nineteenth-century Dreamer-Prophets, Smohalla and Skolaskin, will interest those who seek a better understanding of the traditional Native American commitment to Mother Earth, visionary experiences drawn from ceremony, and the promise of revitalization implicit in the Ghost Dance. To white observers, the Dreamers appeared to imitate Christianity by celebrating the sabbath and preaching a covenant with God, nonviolence, and life after death. But the Prophets also advocated adherence to traditional dress and subsistence patterns and to the spellbinding Washat dance. By engaging in this dance and by observing traditional life-ways, the Prophets claimed, the living Indians might bring their dead back to life and drive the whites from the earth. They themselves brought heaven to earth, they said, by “dying, going there, and returning,” in trances induced by the Washat drums. The Prophets’ sacred longhouses became rallying points for resistance to the United States government. As many as two thousand Indians along the Columbia River, from various tribes, followed the Dreamer religion. Although the Dreamers always opposed war, the active phase of the movement was brought to a close in 1889 when the United States Army incarcerated the younger Prophet Skolaskin at Alcatraz. Smohalla died of old age in 1894. Modern Dreamers of the Columbia plateau still celebrate the Feast of the New Foods in springtime as did their spiritual ancestors. This book contains rare modern photographs of their Washat dances. Readers of Indian history and religion will be fascinated by the descriptions of the Dreamer-Prophets’ unique personalities and their adjustments to physical handicaps. Neglected by scholars, their role in the important pan-Indian revitalization movement has awaited the detailed treatment given here by Robert H. Ruby and John A. Brown.

They had planned a nutting expedition, and were impatiently waiting for the mists to roll up the hill-slopes, and for the sun to pour the warmth of the Indian summer over the fields and pastures, and into the nooks of the many-colored woods. There was a prospect of as fine a day as ever gladdened the aspect of this beautiful and comfortable world. As yet, however, the morning mist filled up the whole length and breadth of the valley, above which, on a gently sloping eminence, the mansion stood.
This body of white vapor extended to within less than a hundred yards of the house. It completely hid everything beyond that distance, except a few ruddy or yellow tree-tops, which here-- and there emerged, and were glorified by the early sunshine, as was likewise the broad surface of the mist. Four or five miles off to the southward rose the summit of Monument Mountain, and seemed to be floating on a cloud. Some fifteen miles farther away, in the same direction, appeared the loftier Dome of Taconic, looking blue and indistinct, and hardly so substantial as the vapory sea that almost rolled over it. The nearer hills, which bordered the valley, were half submerged, and were specked with little cloud-wreaths all the way to their tops. On the whole, there was so much cloud, and so little solid earth, that it had the effect of a vision.
The children above-mentioned, being as full of life as they could hold, kept overflowing from the porch of Tanglewood, and scampering along the gravel-walk, or rushing across the dewy herbage of the lawn. 'I Don't Like Mondays' is a song by Irish new wave group The Boomtown Rats about the 1979 Cleveland Elementary School shooting in San Diego. It was released in 1979 as the lead single from their third album, The Fine Art of Surfacing. The song was a number one single in the UK Singles Chart for four weeks during the summer of 1979,^[3] and ranks as the sixth biggest hit of the UK in 1979.^[4] Written by Bob Geldof and Johnnie Fingers, the piano ballad^[5] was the band's second single to reach number one on the UK chart.

According to Geldof, he wrote the song after reading a telex report^[6] at Georgia State University's campus radio station, WRAS, on the shooting spree of 16-year-old Brenda Ann Spencer, who fired at children in a school playground at Grover Cleveland Elementary School in San Diego, California, on 29 January 1979, killing two adults and injuring eight children and one police officer. Spencer showed no remorse for her crime; her explanation for her actions was 'I don't like Mondays. This livens up the day'.^[7] Geldof had been contacted by Steve Jobs to play a gig for Apple, inspiring the opening line about a 'silicon chip'.^[6] The song was first performed less than a month later.
Geldof explained how he wrote the song:
I was doing a radio interview in Atlanta with Johnnie Fingers and there was a telex machine beside me. I read it as it came out. Not liking Mondays as a reason for doing somebody in is a bit strange. I was thinking about it on the way back to the hotel and I just said 'silicon chip inside her head had switched to overload'.^[6] I wrote that down. And the journalists interviewing her said, 'Tell me why?' It was such a senseless act. It was the perfect senseless act and this was the perfect senseless reason for doing it. So perhaps I wrote the perfect senseless song to illustrate it. It wasn't an attempt to exploit tragedy.^[8]

Geldof had originally intended the song as a B-side, but changed his mind after the song was successful with audiences on the Rats' US tour.^[8] Spencer's family tried to prevent the single from being released in the United States.^[8]
In later years, Geldof admitted that he regretted writing the song because he 'made Brenda Spencer famous'.^[9]
In 2019 Bob Geldof and Johnnie Fingers reached an agreement in their dispute over who wrote the song, until then credited solely to Geldof. Fingers received a financial settlement and co-credit.^[10]
Chart performance[edit]
Despite reaching number-one in the United Kingdom, it only reached number 73 on the US Billboard Hot 100.^[11] The song was played regularly by album-oriented rock format radio stations in the United States throughout the 1980s, although radio stations in San Diego refrained from playing the track for some years to respect local sensitivities about the shooting.
“I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” is a sultry ode about feeling like life is hopeless without an ex-lover, written for the Fifty Shades of Grey sequel, Fifty Shades Darker. The song is performed.
In the UK the song won the Best Pop Song and Outstanding British Lyric categories at the Ivor Novello Awards.^[12]

The Cinderella Ballet
Nancy Drew slipped on her pink ballet shoes. “Let’s stretch!” she said to her friends George Fayne and Bess Marvin.
George nodded. “Last one to the barre is a rotten egg!”
“Hey, not fair, you’re closest to the barre!” Bess cried out.
The three friends hurried to the long wooden bar in front of the mirrored wall. Running was against the rules at Tim McGuire’s Dance Studio, so they walked really, really fast instead.
The three girls had been taking lessons at Mr. McGuire’s studio since the beginning of the school year. They were in the middle of rehearsing for a full-length ballet of “Cinderella.” Opening night was on Saturday, only five days away.
Nancy got to the barre first, then Bess, then George. “Hmm, I wonder who’s the rotten egg?” Bess joked.
George made a face. “Ha, ha.”
Nancy put her right foot up on the barre with her toes pointed. She held onto the barre for balance. Then she curved her left arm over her head and leaned her body toward her right foot. Bess and George did the same. Nancy could feel the muscles in her right leg and the whole left side of her body stretching and getting loose.
Nancy glanced at the wall clock; it was five minutes before four. Almost time for the rehearsal to begin, she thought. The studio was filled with students who were busily putting on their ballet slippers or stretching.
Nancy noticed that Mr. McGuire was off in the corner talking on his tiny silver cell phone. His eyebrows were knit tightly together, and his mouth was pursed in a deep frown. Nancy thought that he looked upset. She wondered who he was talking to.
“Hey, Nancy Drew! I have a mystery for you,” someone said.
Nancy glanced over her shoulder. Deirdre Shannon was standing there. Deirdre’s best friend, Madison Foley, was standing next to her. They were dressed in identical shiny, purple leotards with matching supershort shorts, pink tights, and pink leg warmers.
“It’s the mystery of the weird ballet outfit,” Deirdre continued. “Did aliens come and dress George Fayne in the middle of the night? Curious minds want to know!”
George was wearing a soccer T-shirt and shorts instead of a fancy leotard combo like Deirdre. Mr. McGuire didn’t have strict rules about what to wear for rehearsals.
“You’re so hilarious, Deirdre,” George said. “Not!”
Deirdre cracked up. She looked over at Madison, who was searching through her dance bag for something, and poked her with an elbow.
“What? Oh!” Madison started cracking up too. Madison always did whatever Deirdre told her to do.
Nancy rolled her eyes and resumed stretching. She and her friends were used to getting all kinds of attention, even teasing, about the Clue Crew.
The Clue Crew was Nancy, Bess, and George’s mystery-solving club. Their headquarters were located in Nancy’s room. They stored their clues in one of Nancy’s desk drawers. George kept track of their cases on Nancy’s computer.
Just then, a boy named Gregory Auffredou came up to the girls. He was wearing a black T-shirt with the words “Dancing Fool” on it, black sweat pants, and black ballet shoes. He gave a friendly wave.
“Hi,” Gregory said. “My mom made some chocolate chip cookies. Does anyone want one?” He reached into his dance bag and pulled out a plastic container.
“Yum! Thanks!” Bess plucked a cookie out of the container and bit into it. She began coughing and gagging. “Yuck! What is this?”
Gregory burst into laughter. “I got you!” he guffawed. “These cookies are totally fake. They’re from my sister’s toy kitchen.”
Deirdre quickly took her digital camera out of her dance bag and snapped a picture. “I got you too Bess!” she giggled.
She held out the tiny screen on her camera for everyone to see. She had managed to get a picture of Bess’s grossed-out expression and the fake cookie hanging out of her mouth.

Also... since its a short story, will there even be enough time for them to grasp that THEY ARE FROM DIFFERENT MYTHOLOGIES?! IF THEY JUST WALK AWAY CONFUSED, I WILL DIE .-. Ive waited so long for this crossover that if Rick Riordan makes this really short and basically just an easy means out of having to write the crossover (That everybody was asking for).. Well.... Im gonna cry, or scream, or most likely... die inside.
I was waiting for a crossover series.. So what I always imagined was something like Carter and the rest of them showing up at camp asking about the weird magical activity.. Then Idk.. Awesomeness. A collab fight? BUT WILL ANYTHING HAPPEN NOW?! And if its only the two of them (Percy and Carter)...
Idk.. Lets just wait and see. But right now I feel like a nervous ball of anticipation is knocking around my insides and when I finally get to read the short story, it will explode and I will die, painfully.

The Episode starts with Saras seeing Kumud’s hand’s photo, he says Kumud and blows on the phone’s screen. His blow reaches Kumud’s ears and she feels it. She closes her eyes. He asks did the burning sensation stop. She says yes somewhat. He does that again, she says now its fine. Saras smiles. (Kiddish but adorable)
Kumud is arranging the table for dinner and Ghuman enters. Ghuman says you made continental food, did you order it from a hotel. Kumud says I made it following the recipe. Ghuman says it looks good. She tastes it and smiles. Ghuman says it is not so good. (Jealous Liar!!)
Everyone come for dinner. Laxminandan says he thought he will eat Sheera made by Guniyal Bhabhi, but he could not eat oil and ghee. Ghuman looks at Kumud. Ghuman signs Kumari. Kumari says Kumud Didi made something special for you kaka. Laxminandan says ok. Kumud starts leaving, he asks her to serve him food. Badimaa signs Kumud to serve him. Saras smiles. Kumud serves him. Laxminandan tastes it and everyone are waiting for his comment on the dish. Laxminandan says Ghuman its not like the one made by you. Ghuman smiles. Kumud becomes nervous and looks on. Ghuman says sorry Kumud, I have won over you. Laxminandan says Kumud, the food should be like this only. Kumud smiles. Laxminandan praises the dish. Everyone are happy to hear it except Ghuman and Yash’s mother, who makes faces. Badimaa look at Ghuman. Laxminandan says Ghuman I want this dish made only by Kumud.
Kumud smiles, Laxminandan says Ghuman, this time Kumud has won over you. Ghuman gets jealous. Saras smiles seeing Kumud.
Scene shifts to hall:
Laxminandan says there are four cooks in his house, but he never felt the way he felt eating the food made by Kumud. He says who will give away a daughter like Kumud, what if Vidyachatur says no at the final moment. Vidyachatur says yes I m thinking to postpone the wedding date. Laxminandan says I knew it, so I want everything concrete. So tonight we will keep the engagement of Saras and Kumud. Everyone are happy. Guniyal says you said what I thought, even I felt that there should be engagement before marriage. Vidyachatur says Nandu is right and laughs. Danny says I will book a resort. Kumari says our house is not less than a palace. Danny tells Kumari that the engagement should be grand. Kumari gives him good reply saying my didi loves simplicity.
Laxminandan says we want to keep it simple. Vidyachatur says right and tells Danny that he is linked to his roots, and its a great thing, you should learn it from him. Laxminandan says I will take Kumud to Dubai and give a grand party. Saras smiles hearing all the conversation. Ghuman is over jealous. Badimaa taunts Ghuman in public. Badimaa says shall we start the preparations, Vidyachatur says yes for sure.
The jeweller come there, and Guniyal tells him that its Kumud’s engagement today. Kumud comes and her mother informs her about the engagement. Kumud is shy. They look at the jewellery. Badimaa says Kumud will look beautiful in it. They try some jewellery. Saras stands at a far distance and sees Kumud, he helps her selecting the jewellery by giving signs from there. She selects based on what he says. She says the jewellery is not so good, as he says so. Guniyal asks what happened, see something else. She looks at him and sighs.
He likes the stone necklace and selects it. She smiles and finalizes it. She says I like this. (Cute scene) Mann ke dor. song plays.
Ghuman comes to hall, and sees the women trying out jewellery. Ghuman tells that Laxminandan’s bahu will not wear anything old. Don’t worry about money, Kumud should wear jewellery from head to toe. Badimaa taunts Ghuman. Ghuman says its like you are hiding your financial status. Badimaa says don’t worry, we will send Kumud as Laxmi. Ghuman asks Kumud will you wear Ghagra again tonight or will you dare to wear something different, Kumud says you see it tonight. Kumud leaves from there.
Saras pulls Kumud, and he says I know what you will be wearing tonight, She says what. He says did you see my gift. She says not yet. He says go and see my gift. Kumud leaves.
Ghuman comes to Kumari and says she knows she is sad. (Ghuman does her regular Quack Quack, silly duck, you will fail in your bad attempt!!) Ghuman says today you might have married Umesh, and they would be selecting jewels for you. Kumari says I don’t need that, I want to be with Umesh. But Maa will not let it happen. Ghuman says it will happen. Kumari says Maa will not agree. Ghuman says you said you don’t want anything except Umesh. She asks Kumari to run away, as Badimaa has kept her away from her father. She says now you can make your own decisions, you have to fight for your love. Kumari says I m ready to fight, but I don’t want to lose my family. Ghuman says today everyone will be busy tonight with engagement, if I did not go today then you won’t be able to go anytime. The Episode ends on Ghuman’s evil smile.

Well, reporters at Tellychakkar.com have learnt that the cast and crew of the project are a bit worried these days. First of all, TRPs have been an issue and to make matters worse, we have learnt that the leading lady Jennifer Winget is creating problems in the process of shooting.
How exactly?
“Well, she is refusing to cooperate with her co-star Gautam Rode while performing romantic scenes. It is public knowledge that she was uncomfortable while shooting the much hyped consummation sequence, as a result it fell flat and the desired impact was not achieved.”
Explaining Jennifer’s reluctance, our source further says, “Apparently her better half Karan Singh Grover (KSG) does not want her to have any physical contact with her co-star, however innocuous it may be. Hence, forget a lip lock; she does not even want to kiss Gautam on the eyes or on the forehead. This will obviously affect the show in the long run as for how long can the actors create artificial chemistry.”
The source added that the possessive KSG recently gave an interview where he was supposed to have said that he does not like his wife performing such (read: intimate) scenes. And when she does, he keeps a close eye on her co- star.
“Such remarks surely will not help Gautam’s comfort level during shoots,” added the source.
May be hubby dear’s feelings can also be the reason for Jennifer pulling out from performing a romantic sequence in the upcoming Star Pariv

Rumble Roses (ランブルローズ) is a professional wrestlingfighting game that was developed by Yuke's and published by Konami for the PlayStation 2 in 2004. The game uses the same engine as Yuke's 2003 release WWE SmackDown! Here Comes the Pain. Rumble Roses was followed by Rumble Roses XX, released for the Xbox 360 in 2006.
The Rumble Roses game featured only female wrestling characters, each with both a good (Face) and bad (Heel) persona for players to choose from; the only limitation was that the good and bad version of the same character could not fight each other. Rumble Roses features an all-female cast. There are regular matches and mud wrestling matches. There is also a story mode and an option to allow two computer controlled girls to 'duke it out while you watch.' Each character is claimed to contain 10,000 polygons, a record number for the PlayStation 2.^[2]
Rumble Roses features a heel/face system derived from real-life American professional wrestling. Each character has an alternate side, bringing the total character count up to 22. Most characters start as a face, or good side. Three of them, however (Bloody Shadow, Candy Cane, and Evil Rose), start as the heel or evil side. Alternate forms of each character are unlocked through the Vow System. Vows are specific things the player must complete during matches, such as not using weapons, using a Killer Move, or winning the match within a certain time limit.
The game's unique unlock system allows only one version of each character (either heel or face) to be unlocked for exhibition matches at any time. The characters can still change back and forth, and unlocked characters remain open for story mode and gallery mode. This effectively cuts the roster in half for exhibition mode.^[3]^[4]

A mad scientist disguised as a nurse holds an international women's wrestling tournament, and brainwashes and takes DNA samples from the participants to create super soldiers.^[2]^[3]
Wrestlers [edit]
Each character has two versions, and each version has a unique sub-plot within Story Mode. The versions, dubbed 'Face' or 'Heel', have unique attires, names and move sets. It is not possible to use both Face and Heel variations of the same character in the same match. Most 'Heel' characters have a matching tattoo on their body, which implies that they have been brain-washed by Anesthesia. The alternate characters have a much shorter story-mode.
Aigle (Face) is a member of a nomadic minority living on the great plains of Mongolia. Her father and brother are grand champions in Mongolian wrestling . She also possesses the great strength of her father and brother. Aigle joined Rumble Roses in order to convince her father and brother that she is a great warrior. Somewhat lacking in self-esteem for her under-developed body, Aigle has a running gag of comparing the 'teats' of the sheep she tended back home to those buxom women she faces in the ring.
Great Khan (Heel), also known as Killer Khan, is the alter ego of Aigle. Aigle didn't know that being a noble warrior would be a difficult path and began to make fouls in matches. She didn't go back home, thinking her father and brother would laugh at her. Aigle decided to become Great Khan and plans to conquer the world. Despite her decision, she still misses her father.
Aisha (Face) is a highly successful money-making star who has won every contemporary Grammy available. Aisha is often rude to those she encounters, namely her rival Dixie Clemets.
Sista A, (Heel) also known as Showbiz, is the alter ego of Aisha. After Rumble Roses, Aisha's record sales took a severe downfall, resulting in failure to make any money and soon being out of the business. However, Aisha still had a passion for dancing, and entered the Rumble Roses tournament just to dance on the stage.
Anesthesia (Face) is a mysterious self-appointed nurse who serves as Lady X's assistant. She is particularly gifted at complicated submission moves. It is implied that she works for a hidden mastermind.
Dr. Anesthesia (Heel), also known as Dr. Cutter, is the alter ego of Anesthesia. This is Anesthesia when operating. It is also the mastermind that Anesthesia pretends to work for. She wears a surgical mask to conceal her identity, although removes it for Mud Matches. After her project with Lady X went horribly wrong, Anesthesia became Dr. Anesthesia, with hopes of rebuilding Lady X and improving her, as well as getting revenge on those who defeated her and turn them into the so-called donors of the Lady X Project then turning them into an unbeatable army of cyborgs and experiments.
Benikage (Heel), also known by her code name Bloody Shadow, is a female ninja wrestler working undercover for the Japanese government to investigate the Rumble Roses organization.
Yasha (Face), also known as Judgment, is the 'true self' of Benikage. She believes in justice, liberty, and all sorts of other things that would define the typical 'hero'. She has also quit the secret organisation she once worked for, an act punishable by death.
Candy Cane (Rebecca Welsh) (Heel) sings lead vocals of the all girl punk band The Killer Barbies. Society has labeled her a misfit and a punk, but in reality, she has a pure heart. She entered Rumble Roses in order to win the prize money and to save the orphanage where she was raised. However, she plays truant from school in order to do this.
Becky (Face) is the alter ego of Candy Cane.

Troubleshooting

1) Mouse cursor is invisible.There are 2 possible reasons for this problem.
- You have old video drivers. Download and install the newest ones.
- You deleted 'Cursors' folder from the game for some reason. Reinstall the game.
2) You have disconnect (or mismatch) during multiplayer game.There are 2 types of mismatch: shortly after match start and later in mid-game.
- The first type of mismatch is caused by mismatch between human players' game files and occurs shortly after match start. Make sure everyone in the game is using the same version of the mod and is not using any file modifications or cheats.
There is another possibility. Some special multiplayer maps make map-specific modifications. Players have to exit and restart Zero Hour in order to fix this mismatch.
- The mid-game mismatch can be caused by coding errors (which we fix with new releases) and the poorly programmed game engine which allows mismatches to occur randomly without any obvious reason and does not give any mismatch logs for us to analyze. We have to deal with it.
3) It is impossible to use general's powers in multiplayer game. It happens when your ally exits the game and all his units become yours. This bug is connected with game engine and can not be fixed. Just don't exit the game when playing with allies. If it happened, you can fix it this way: destroy all Command Centers (or Command Trucks) of your former ally.
4) You can not select anything and can not push buttons with mouse.It happens sometimes when you exit to Windows and return to game. It is fixed this way:press ESC to open main menu and click 'Return to game'.
5) Missing general's powers shortcuts. It is not a bug. All special powers are stored insidea special icon, located on the right side of the screen where shortcut icons are as usual.If you are playing as GLA and you don't see your special powers inside, you have to buildCommand Truck from Factory (your first building as GLA).
6) All units and buildings explode in 10-20 seconds of playing. It happens when you use pirate version or lost license key. The problem is solved with DatGen.
Put it into Zero Hour folder and run it once. It will not open any windows or display messages. It is ok.If it doesn't work, reinstall Zero Hour.
7) You can not build many units and buildings. Welding inspector level 1. It is not a bug. All versions of Contra since 003 use rank restrictions. You cannot build strategy centers, super weapons, heavy artillery units, some aircraft, and super units until after you have reached the correct rank. Most buildings and units are unlocked automatically when you hit Rank 3. The rest are unlocked at rank 5.
8) You can't uninstall Contra because you don't see it in Windows Control Panel. It is not a bug. Contra does not support this feature. To uninstall Contra, delete all files with '.ctr'extension from your Zero Hour directory.
9) AI does not do anything.There can be 2 possible reasons. First. You use unfinished multiplayer map without paths and markers for AI. Finish your multiplayer map or use another one. Second. Something happened with AI. You probably tried to install the mod manually.Make sure that you renamed /Data/Scripts/ folder (read the manual install instructions again).
10) Game crashes. Zero Hour can not be started - crashes instantly.- Make sure you have the latest Zero Hour patch - 1.04.- Make sure you don't have any other mods in your Zero Hour folder (some of them can corrupt your game).A clean reinstall will fix any corrupted Zero Hour folder.
11) Game crashes. Zero Hour starts normally, but crashes after 10-15 minutes of waiting in main menu.It happens someimes. The reason is unknown, but it is connected with Shellmap. You can turn off Shellmap to avoid thisproblem. In order to do so, check the 'Quickstart' box in the Contra Launcher. If you have Contra installed manually, right click on Zero Hour shortcut and choose 'Properties'.
There will be a string similar to this:
'C:GamesGenerals Zero Hourgenerals.exe'
Add '-noshellmap' parameter.
'C:GamesGenerals Zero Hourgenerals.exe' -noshellmap
Click 'Ok'. This is all. Shellmap will be replaced with a splash screen and the game will load faster.

17) Do you often lose in-game sound when minimizing Generals?
We have a very simple fix for you. Press Esc, go to Options and just click Accept. You will now have your audio back.
18) Have you ever gotten the 'Your serial is already in use' error, but it's actually your ghost/clone inside the game lobby?
There is a fix for that. While still in LAN lobby, click on Create Game, then go Back to the LAN lobby and your ghost will disappear from the game you were trying to join.
19) Experiencing a graphics glitch?
If you are getting triangular graphics glitch, that one is not caused by your video drivers. Try disabling Heat Effects in Custom settings and reducing Particle Cap.
If you are getting pink (missing) textures, make sure you can run Zero Hour first. Your installation might be corrupted and a clean reinstall is required.

And i want to use cplex in yalmip for solving, but yalmiptest cannot support cplex studio v12.9 right now, is there anywhere can i download cplex studio 12.8?
To create the development environment that I anticipate for my research project, I wanted to ensure that I could get Visual Studio 2017 and CPLEX 12.8.0. This project unfortunately took me the better part of a day, so I am documenting it here for my future reference and hopefully to save someone else some heartache.
To begin, I did use the material outlined in the post here. However, the post is over a year old and the method outlined there did not yield a positive result.
As outlined here, I updated my PATH variable. I am not sure if it was absolutely necessary, as it was one of the first things I tried and was lazy to change it back.
As outlined in the steps from IBM, the PATH environment variable was already there so I added it by clicking “Edit…”. The path of the dll is specifically:

If you have already installed Visual Studio 2017, you will need to re-run the Visual Studio Installer, for me it was in the Start Menu. You will need to click “Modify”. In the next menu, you will be in the “Workloads” tab. Next to “Workloads”, click “Individual Components”. Look for the header “Code Tools” under which will have the “VC++ 2015.3 V140 toolset for desktop (x86, x64)”. Ensure that toolset is checked. Click “Modify” in the lower right corner. I believe it is a big file (approximately 8Gb).
